1 tsp: 250ml water

Bring the water to a boil, stir in the concentrate until it dissolves, and use it as you would any liquid stock.

Gravy

2 tsp: 200ml water

Whisk into your pan juices for a rich, savoury gravy in minutes.

Marinade

1 tbsp, undiluted

Rub it straight onto meat or veg, or loosen with a little oil and garlic, before roasting or grilling.

Soup base

1 tbsp: 1L water

Stir through a pot of water to build a full-flavoured base for soups and broths.

Ingredients

Vegetables (celery, carrot, onion, garlic, herbs) 55%, chicken 22%, WA lake salt, apple cider vinegar, spices.

Fantastically authentic, no nasties!
