How much to use.

Start with these ratios, then adjust to your own taste. You can also add directly to your cooking for a flavour burst.

Everyday stock

1 tsp: 250ml water

Gravy

2 tsp: 200ml water

Marinade

1 tbsp, undiluted

Soup base

1 tbsp: 1L water

Four people standing together outdoors in dry grass

Beyond liquid stock

Beyond the broth.

Because our product is a thick, pure puree, you don't actually need to add water. It works incredibly well straight from the jar as an intense, savoury umami bomb.

Flavour Booster

Stir a teaspoon straight into pasta sauce or stir-fry for an instant depth boost.

Sauces & Gravies

Whisk directly into pan drippings with a little flour and wine for a flawless, lump-free gravy in minutes.

Salad Dressings

The vegetable and mushroom concentrates blend beautifully with olive oil, lemon, and mustard for a savoury vinaigrette.
